Kids Booster Club
We Support the Kids Booster Club by raising and donating funds. The Huron County Kids Booster Club helps to put kids in the game! By raising funds from within the community, they make sure that children from disadvantaged families get to take part in the activities that matter to them.
Kids Needs A Break. At least one in ten families have an income below the poverty line. There is compelling, documented evidence that demonstrates the positive benefits for these children if they have opportunities to participate in the recreational activities offered in their communities. Activities enrich the lives of children, create memories, and are fundamental to their social and emotional development. Everyone beneits from taking part in team play and learning new skills. The focus is to help children reach their own goals.
The Kids Booster Club was initiated by a concerned group of citizens in 1997. This idea has become a model for other communities as it has been so successful. Every dollar raised by the Kids Booster Club goes directly to benefit the children.
With your support, families who cannot afford registration fees can allow their children to have fun and take part in activities that build confidence, self-esteem, and citizenship. The Kids Booster Club gives children a reason to smile, with a big boost in life that will create lasting impressions and memories!

MAKE FITNESS A FAMILY AFFAIR
- Telling your kids to be active is not enough, you have to go out there and show them.
- Kids with active lifestyles higher levels of self-confidence, stronger self-images, and greater abilities to concentrate at school
- Bowling is a great activity for everyone! Parents and grandparents have a great time playing along with the kids
- Bowling is a great way to get active as a family as well as the enjoyment that comes with accomplishing something together
- With today's busy world, this sport is a great opportunity for parents to connet with their kids, instead of gathering around the television set
- As well as keeping fit, kids and adults have a chance to build friendships. The time you spend together is irreplaceable
- If you're not looking for a tough workout, come play, be a little more active, and have some fun with your kids
- To get bodies in motion, try eliminating something like the television that kids tend to crash in front of, simply because it's there. Besides, variety IS the spice of life.
- Always remember, the family that plays together, stays together, but mostly, it's just plain fun!
